HOW DOES TELEHEALTH WORK?

As of 30th March 2020 all Australians who are eligible for Medicare will have access to bulk billed Telehealth consultations with their GP.  Once you have booked your Telehealth appointment, a member of our team will contact you 10 minutes prior to your appointment to confirm your details, medicare number, email address and preferred pharmacy to fax scripts to.  Your Doctor will call or skype you at your appointment time.  If your Doctor deems it necessary to see you in person they will arrange a follow up face to face consult.
